Many of our clients require balustrades and handrails fitted to concrete stair cores in both commercial and residential settings. These are often over two-plus levels, which require a high degree of accuracy. Once an initial site visit by our Estimators and Project Managers, the Design team will take a detailed scan of the area.
This allows for a more efficient turnaround on submittals and peace of mind for all stakeholders. Once approved we move to fabrication drawings, fabrication, powder coating if required and installation.

On site visit by a member of our project management team to review specifications, take measurements and survey the various site conditions for arrival on site.
Your designated project management team to give dates for all elements of your project, from ordering of initial materials to final installation and clear payment plan dependent on project length and stages.
Our design team will create fabrication drawings, CAD drawings and 3D images as required and project dependent for your sign off before works commence. You can discuss your project directly with the design team if required.
Our installation team will be briefed on your project and its requirements in the days and weeks leading up to arrival on site. Materials and tools are checked and controlled by our CE approved system.
On final walk through with your project manager BBSF will close of the project and keep all records on file for a minimum of 10 years.
